Chancellor's Leadership Class

ENGAGEMENT. INTEGRITY. INNOVATION. COMMITMENT.

Chancellor's Leadership Class is a four-year undergraduate leadership development program at UCCS initiated in 1997. The program is designed to engage scholars with the members of the community to nourish positive impact through leadership and training. CLC strives to develop scholars' understanding of their leadership identity by cultivating a connection with themselves, the university, and Colorado Springs through leadership, service, and campus engagement.

The goal of CLC is to help our scholars recognize a thorough understanding of their own leadership by connecting and engaging with the community and other like-minded individuals.

This fall, for example, scholars participated in the Change Style Indicator self assessment to better understand how they respond to change and the significance of how their specific score effects them in their everyday lives.

Thank you to all who support the success of the Chancellor’s Leadership Class (CLC).  Without the many contributions of community board members, donors, mentors, faculty, staff, and campus leaders, CLC would not be the positive and influential leadership development program it is today.  In partnership, we ensure that the vision of CLC becomes a reality.  To that end, the CLC program promises to develop and support the success of each CLC scholar, so they are equipped to become world changing leaders of tomorrow.
