Students who attend the UCCSlead Student Leadership Conference will...

1. ...be able to identify campus resources, leadership opportunities, and/or connections at UCCS that facilitate their leadership growth;
2. ...learn from diverse perspectives and be able to recognize the intersections of inclusion and leadership;
3. ...be able to integrate leadership concepts related to the conference into their everyday leadership.

Students who serve as student leaders with the UCCSlead Student Leadership Conference as a conference presenter and/or planning committee member will gain valuable leadership experience that will empower their student leadership identity.
