Nicola Roark is the Site Strategy Manager for the Colorado Springs campus of T. Rowe Price. With over 20 years of corporate strategy, marketing, and operations leadership, she has collaborated with business stakeholders across the country to execute targeted marketing communications strategies and deliver high-performing programs at organizations such as Harland Clarke and the Deluxe Corporation.
Nicola has strong connections in the Colorado Springs community through UCCS, CiviCO, and other professional partnerships, and is particularly interested in developing strategies that are socially innovative and create widely shared positive impact. Her goal is to optimize her business platform and community stakeholder connections to support the evolution of Colorado as an entrepreneurial, forward thinking state that does good and does well.
Nicola has a B.A. in English literature from the University of North Wales, UK, and a M.B.A. with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
From Manchester, England, Nicola has called Colorado Springs home for more than 25 years, and she and her husband have raised their family of four boys here. Together, they enjoy cycling, traveling, and sushi (not necessarily in that order!).
