Kevin Velasco

I am majoring in Economics and Political Science here at UCCS with hopes to enter the public service sector once I graduate. I am also the co-President of the Latinx Student Union, a Latinx- and Hispanic-oriented advocacy group on campus, and the Director of Finance with the UCCS Student Government Association. I currently intern with El Paso County's Government Affairs Department. I am excited in seeing the amazing initiatives that the Chancellor's Leadership Class, UCCS, and the local community are pursuing, and I look forward to contributing to and helping my communities.
